We do not offer cash refunds or credit refunds. Instead, we provide vouchers for another meal of similar value to the original purchase or a complimentary meal.

 

*2. Eligibility for Refunds:*   

To be eligible for a refund voucher, customers must adhere to the following conditions: 

  

 -Any issues or complaints regarding your dining experience must be brought to our attention *immediately after the original purchase. 

 

 -A valid receipt must accompany the request for a refund voucher.

 

*3. Exclusions:*

 Refunds or vouchers will not be issued under the following circumstances: 

  

 -Plates that do not meet personal standards due to quantity or appearance.   

 

- Changes in personal taste preferences.   

 

- Refunds for meals consumed in part or in full.

 

*4. Process for Refund Requests:* 

If you believe you qualify for a refund voucher, please follow these steps:

 

 Contact our restaurant right away if you have any problems or complaints about your purchase. You can call us at (407)395-2420 ext.1003 from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Alternatively, you can fill out our refund request form now.

 

- Provide a valid receipt as proof of purchase. 

 

 - Clearly detail the nature of the problem or concern.

 

*5. Refund Voucher Issuance:*   

Once your refund request is approved, we will issue a voucher for another meal of similar value to the original purchase or a complimentary meal. Vouchers will be sent via email or provided in person, as per your preference.
